I ordered my T-shirt for a work event so had a deadline I needed it by, after ordering the T-shirt (with fingers crossed for a prompt delivery) I thought I would email and let them know when I needed it by.
I got a swift polite response advising it would be on its way shortly and sure enough it came in good time with a week to spare!
